Our Story
Founded in 1990. Evolving ever since.
SET Water Polo was established in 1990 with a clear philosophy: develop the player, build the person. That belief still anchors every program we run — from a young athlete's first session to collegiate-bound competitors.
What began as a regional youth program has grown over three decades into a multi-site club serving athletes across Southern California. The programs have expanded, the pools have multiplied, and the competition has grown — but the fundamentals-first approach has never changed.
We emphasize fundamentals, teamwork, athlete development, and positive character building. Technique and water sense come first. Competition follows. And throughout, we develop people who carry themselves with integrity, accountability, and respect.
